Welcome to Zebra Cards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zebra Cards mobile application ("App"), operated by Zebra Cards ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App or through other communications. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
3. Access and Use of Our App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our App or the servers or networks used to make it available
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of our App
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, or publicly display any content from our App without prior written permission
4. User Content
Our App may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of our App may require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zebra Cards be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zebra Cards expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zebra Cards operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
